And if you are a female, doing muscle development types of exercise does not mean you have to get "bulky".

The exact opposite thing usually occurs.
It's just that when we switch our focus from the typically types of exercises like walking or jogging, to muscle development exercises like lifting weights, our results tend to be way better.
I know that I have found this to be true with myself and my clients.
When I finally stopped focusing so much on cardio and really began to focus on developing my muscles... my stomach fat really began to shrink.
Now this certainly does not mean that you have to exercise any longer.
Truth is...
You will most likely find that you can exercise for fewer minutes and get better results.
And you're probably wondering why a muscle "focused" exercise like lifting weights is the best exercise to burn fat.
And actually... it's really quite simple.
It is scientifically proven that if your body has a greater percentage of muscle, it will burn more fat.
Plus. The added advantage to developing more muscle mass... and if you're a female then I'm speaking directly to you... is that your body (butt, hips, thighs, etc) develops those sexy curves that my female clients desperately desire.
