YOU CAN DO WONDERS WITH A LITTLE LAND!
Have you forgotten how great it is to look at the bright stars, and a big full moon coming up--with no traffic noise and sirens? You just might love to relax outside of the city hustle.
My family and I moved out of the city over 15 years ago. I had seen a small ad saying simply: COUNTRY LIVING. I had forgotten how the sky really does look different when you get away from all the city lights. When I'm leaving the city, heading for home, it is like making my big escape!
You can have your animals and horses, a garden, play music without someone right next door complaining, and your kids or grand kids can have fun outside without bothering the neighbors. They have room to ride their bikes or 4-wheelers.
Over the past several decades, masses of people have migrated to the cities, more than in any other time in American history. Certainly, it does have some conveniences, but there are just as many drawbacks--noise, thefts, no privacy, no room for your stuff.
I have read several articles recently about survival tactics, or survival lists. One of the first things mentioned is to have a rural location or a "safe house" location in case of trouble. Another item, of course, is food. Learn to grow it yourself. Food disappears within hours of a disaster from the store.
Water is a huge consideration. It is good to have your own water source, your own well. Some areas are putting moratoriums on drilling your own wells.
Another consideration is your clothing, and to have a good pair of boots. I know a good source of boots: http://www.firehousefootwear.com--a fireman's website.
We like living out, and think you might, too. So you're invited to take a look at this Arizona Property for sale, which is vacant land. It is located approximately a half-hour south of Phoenix, close to the town of Maricopa, Arizona, in Pinal County. This is between Phoenix and Tucson, or to be more precise, between Phoenix and Casa Grande, Arizona.
It is a beautiful flat parcel of land with creosote bushes, rather than Cholla cacti. It has picturesque views of the nearby Palo Verde Mountains, has paved roads within a mile, and a well-maintained gravel road to the property.
This Arizona land for sale is nice open area for country living privacy and gardening, but not too far for commute to work, or shopping with Maricopa schools and services. It has a quick highway route to Phoenix.
This parcel size is 1.25 acres, and a corner lot. It would make a nice mini Arizona Ranch! It is within a quarter mile of BLM land, and only one parcel away from the scenic Palo Verde Mountains.
It is one of the last parcels sold in the area to allow manufactured homes, but has certain covenants to keep the area nice. The area is mixed with a few other manufactured homes, and some really nice custom homes, as well.
This property has one well share (private well), with the tank and pressure pump recently upgraded. Underground electricity, and phone service, and water to the lot line.
This is a great time to buy Arizona Real Estate, the prices are right!

If this is not the location you desire, we have other rural parcels closer to Tucson, with beautiful Saguaro Cacti, Mesquite and Palo Verde Trees!
My family and I have lived in the Southern Arizona Area since 1978. We have lived here through some other ups and downs in the economy, and have experienced the extraordinary growth of this state, especially throughout the Tucson, Casa Grande and Phoenix areas. One thing we still marvel at year-after-year is how nice the winters are here in Arizona. We really know why we live here, after seeing a winter on the news like this last one! http:www.PinalCountyArizonaLandForSale.com
