It is best to always eat every two to three hours as you do not want to be constantly supplying the body with energy. This will make losing weight a harder task.

Dining out can be a difficult affair as you do not know the fat content. If you know in advance which restaurant you are going to go to you could get a menu from the place prior and determine what the healthiest option would be. If unsure it is best to order lean protein dishes which are grilled and to opt for a salad instead of bread.

When selecting food and drink it would be advisable to always read the nutrient panel on the package. Try and keep sugar to the minimum and when having snacks try and keep carbohydrates to 15 grams and the total fat content to less than 5 grams.

You should exercise each day for between 45 to 60 minutes. Try doing high intensity exercise such as running at least three times a week. Running is a great exercise as it works the entire body hence encourages further weight loss. If you don’t want to go to the gym you can always hire or buy a treadmill which enables you to exercise in the privacy of your own home. You should also engage in weight training three times a week which aids in toning the body and promotes weight loss. There are a number of pin machines at gyms such as the leg press, leg curl which is ideal for toning.

It is important not to starve yourself and should not over exercise as you don’t want to encourage rapid weight loss. This can cause undesirable complications such as cardio vascular problems, weakened immune system, premature aging and hair loss. Most of the time hair thinning causes
