For a start you need to get to know your clients needs and know what they like and dislike. How do you get to know this ASK THEM! I have seen so many trainers doing what they want and think its right for their client and yes you do, however some clients don't run no matter what, they will not run, or cannot run because they may have been in accident years ago, and it still causes them discomfort. They don't want to hear how great someone is going or the results your new clients are getting. Remember it is all about them and their goals. So send them an email or text message with their name at the start of the day after the session with you telling them how happy you were with their session yesterday and can't wait for the next session. Do this for all you PT clients. But if you have a boot camp it will take too long to enter their names each time, so put..........
