When I first got involved in network marketing I was sold on the concept of residual income from the very first time that I ever saw circles drawn on a board explaining the companies com plan. I just new that everyone that I knew would want to do this and we would make a lot of money. I was such a bright eyed dreamer that really didn't know what exactly it was going to take to reach my goals and dreams. What I didn't know was that I was going to have to change everything that I was use to doing at that time and learn a brand new skill set. Now that was over 5 years ago and I have to say that I am a far better marketer now than I was then.

Now to get to that point it took a lot of trial and error, but I have to say that it was well worth it. What a lot of new people in the industry don't understand is that in order to make a lot of money your going to have to really embrace this industry and love what you do first. There are a some who think that you can build a business or empire strictly through a list of family and friends, but I know that you will increase your odds of success if you learn how to really market and brand yourself.

What your upline or sponsor won't tell you is that building your business by using the three foot rule, approaching family friends is the fastest way to build for a newbie ,but also the reason why 90% of the people in the industry fail. Every person who comes into the industry come from different income levels, education, and different network connections. That is why some can come in and really prosper in network marketing because they have better friends of influence and contacts. See I came in on the other side of that equation, with really no friends of influence, but I had the drive and determination to really succeed at this industry.

See the question is how do you get over to the side with building friends of influence and changing your economic situation that your in right now.
