Why You Should Try To Lose Weight Now

Are you overweight? If yes, have you considered losing weight? You know, taking off the excess fat you are carrying on your body?
If you are overweight, then there is one major reason, on top of all other reasons, why you MUST please take steps to lose weight now. It is your health I am talking about here. Your health is all-important, as it affects all other aspects of your life.
Being fat can, and usually does, bring you a host of health problems. Of course, it depends largely on the degree to which you are overweight. The more fat you are, the greater the number and intensity of the health problems you are likely to suffer as a result of your being overweight.
Arthritis is one of the many diseases you could suffer from if you are fat. It is estimated that your knee and hip joints can be subjected to forces ranging up to ten times your body weight every step you take. Therefore, the fatter you are, the more likely you are to suffer knee, hip, ankle and other joint pains when you walk, bend, squat or sit.
Another major disease you could develop, if you are overweight, is hypertension (more commonly called high-blood pressure). Believe me, you don’t want to mess with high-blood pressure. It is a dangerous disease that could give you a stroke and, in effect, kill you. It is not for nothing that they call it "the silent killer".
But, perhaps, the most dangerous of the many diseases you could develop, if you are overweight, is heart disease. This is the biggest killer-disease in the western world. The most common heart disease is coronary artery disease, which is the result of atherosclerosis or clogging of the arteries of the heart. This disease is dangerous because it can cause heart attacks and sudden death.
For the sake of your health, you should take steps NOW to reduce any excess weight you have. You ARE more prone to these and other diseases if you are fat. It would help if you reduce your consumption of saturated fats; exercise regularly, and eat smaller portions of food.
In addition, you could quicken your weight loss if you regularly take highly-recommended slimming pills, tablets, capsules or teas. Look for those that have been around a long time, have a very good user feedback as well as public support by respected medical professionals.
