A great tip to remember when outsourcing big jobs is that virtual assistants are human, they get sick, they need to rest and most of all, and they need to sleep.

True, VAs mostly come from countries with different time zones, but that doesn’t mean that they should be awake when you are and still remain awake when you are sleeping. VAs are not machines.

If your company has a big job and you already have a VA whom you trust, ask their opinion if they have any recommendations on who can help them out on some jobs that one VA may not be able to handle. They have connections, they also know other VAs whom they can recruit and they will most probably take charge of those new recruits without you having to personally deal with them. You only get to rely on one, true, but your one may have several under their belt who are reliable too.

When it comes to big jobs, remember that the stress could also lead to the VA being incapable of doing all of it at once. So to help out your reliable VA, try looking for some if your VA has no one to offer whom they can trust. You can do this the same way you found your original VA. However, just as it took a long time for you to find that one good VA the length of time to find another may also be difficult. So start early and make sure you give your VA extra time to recuperate before you unleash the job on them.

Some companies get edgy at the thought of hiring another whom they feel needs to be trained and polished to perfection. But that is just part of the game when it comes to any form of employment. You will still need to train them and mold them to the way you want them to perform. This way, you will have a VA who will know your needs and can do faster work.

Remember, it is better to hire a Virtual Assistant from a company instead of a freelancer. Virtual assistant companies have better infrastructure and manpower. Also, they ensure that attrition does not affect you.

If you are searching for a Virtual Assistant company then be sure to check out Offshore Ally. They are one of the only virtual assistant companies that provide low hourly rates, trained virtual assistants, and have transparent work policies.

From a Call-Center like remote-teaching service in India, which turned out 690,000 Maths graduates in 2009. It is another matter that the Indian Call-Center pays them only 7 pounds per hour on a full time basis. Ashmount assistant head teacher, Rebecca Stacy says, "The kids really enjoy it ". Would you say, a win-win situation? May be. But not for the 689,900 graduates who are still jobless! They have joined the ranks of 38 + million unemployed who have registered with State Employment Exchanges of India. With regards hemen parekh Jobs for All = Peace on Earth www.CustomizeResume.com
