Why do I say that? Take this test. The next time you go to the gym, look around carefully and examine the women who seem to be doing mean crunches or panting on the treadmill, checking burned calories every two minutes.

Now chat them up and find out what they are all about. Don’t be surprised when you find out that they will be getting married soon and want to have their wedding weight loss be a reality. This scenario is not uncommon.

In a recent survey of 1,000 brides, Fitness magazine found that 83% wanted to address pre-wedding weight loss and most were ready to do it aggressively.

This survey also revealed that because of dress trends by celebrities, body conscious brides are even more so and hope to show as much skin as possible.

But falling on weight loss pills that leave you feeling jittery and nauseous, or fasting until you want to rip someone’s head off is not the answer.

If your goal is to increase your metabolism so that your wedding weight loss comes off safely, without acid reflux, anxiety disorder, irritable bowers or racing heart, you must consider nutritional cleansing.

Yes you can cleanse and you will lose. But what is missing is giving your body what it needs to repair the damage done by toxic substances and cleansing alone will not address that issue.

Why bother with cleansing the toxins from the body? It has been scientifically proven that the body keeps the fat around to protect us from toxins. So it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that if you get rid of the toxins, you also release the fat.

Where do you find toxins? Practically everywhere but here are a few key places you really need to watch out for:

• Do you eat meat sandwiches? Well, if they come in a sealed pouch or were sliced at the deli, they contain sodium nitrates. Sodium nitrate can lead to cancer because they form nitrosamines in your system.

• Leave the cans behind. Canned goods are commonly lined with bisphenol-A. It has been associated with diabetes and heart disease.

• Want to sweeten stuff but don’t want to use sugar? Well you better not choose artificial sweeteners either. Sweeteners such as aspartame can lead to nerve cell damage, dizziness and headaches. Try Stevia or Xylitol. That means also to stay away from diet soda.

• Do you like chicken? Did you know that the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy found traces of arsenic in non-organic chickens? More reasons to eat organic.

• Are you a snack lover? Well, don’t be.

• Do you trust your cookware? Non-stick pans release carcinogens in your food.

And last but not least, do you breathe? Of course you do. Our air is so polluted that we just can’t get away from any toxins no matter where you live. That’s why I can’t stress enough the importance of cleansing the body of these accumulated toxins. And repairing the damage is an important part of that process.

So, yes you do want your wedding weight loss to be successful, so why not do your weight loss safely but fast using a proven system that includes cleansing and nutrition.
