If someone told you that you could lose a significant amount of weight in just about 10 days you would want to try it, right? That's where the Master Cleanse comes in. Master Cleanse has been around for a long time. It's something that the movie stars have been doing for years; when they want to lose weight for an awards show or appearance and have little or no time to lose it.
Master Cleanse is a very simple concept. There are only 4 ingredients involved. They are as follows:
Cayanne Pepper 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup 1-2 tbsp
Filtered Water
Can it get any easier than that? All you have to do is drink this simple mixture for 10 days an not only will you lose weight, your body will also become healthier in the process. The ingredients in this drink provide the right amount of nutrients, sugar and vitamins that your body needs to function during this 10 day cleanse. It's simple and easy to do and hey, look at it as saving money on groceries for a week.
You can drink this mixture hot, warm or even cold. Some people find it easier to drink it hot, while others might like it ice cold. It doesn't matter how you drink it, the mixture always has the same results. How the cleanse effects each person is different. If trying this for the first time you might want to stay home the first few days and see how your body reacts to it. It's a good idea to start it over a weekend where you have no plans and you know you can stay home. After the first few days, your body will become used to the drink and there should be little or no effects from it at all.
Think about it, not only is this cleanse helping you to lose weight in not time at all, it's also naturally cleansing your body of it's toxins. Most of all, it's the best way to lose a significant amount of weight in just a few days.
These Master Cleanse Diet Instructions should be very helpful in your pursuit of better health!
