This is when you might not only find that you can get some free rent but even better is you might be able to lease a larger two bedroom unit for the same price or even less then what the landlord is offering on a one bedroom. The trick you have to remember is to ask the leasing what’s available on all types of units, not just the size or type of apartment you think you need because what you think you know can cost you money.
Bottom line is to always ask the apartment leasing agent what offers they have on all types of apartment units regardless of what you think you might need. Try it you’ll be amazed at what you find out.
