Great sources of Vitamin E include: asparagus, egg, milk, nuts, seeds, spinach and whole grain foods. Lastly, some of the best sources of zinc are: almonds, beans, black currant, bran, fat free red meats, nuts, poultry liver, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), whole grains, and wheat germ.

Food as a tinnitus remedy would also work well should you keep to the recommended portions. That means, you spread these food types out between five or six small meals per day. It simply would not do you any good to eat too much, since everything in excess can cause ailments, illnesses and physiological changes also.
