Hi folks! This is Lasse Borg, the Online Master Marketer. Today, I will share a story with you that has the power, that has the potential to bring you a lot closer to your success. The story goes way back many, many years ago.

There was a war hero that was about to go into battle with a really, really strong enemy. He was overmatched and he knew it. However, he loaded some ships with his men and a lot of gear and they sailed to the shore of the enemy. They unloaded the ships and the war hero asked the soldiers, he ordered the soldiers to burn the ships. As they go on the shore, watched the ships burning, he held a speech to his soldiers, he said, "People, you can now see that the ships are burning. They are going up into smoke. Now, we cannot leave this shore unless we win the battle. Now we have no choice, we either win or we die." They won.

In relation to your business now, how is this going to get you closer to your success? What I suggest that you do that you've learned from the story is let you treat the success of your business as if your life depended on it. You treat the success of your business as if your children's life depended on that. Now, how important is your business now? Is it worth prioritizing now? I believe it is.

Treat your business as if you didn't succeed, somebody would come and take your house, somebody would come and take your car, somebody would come and take your children away from you, somebody would put you on the street if you're not succeeding with your business. Now, if you go to your business, if you treat your business like that, with that mindset, then success would practically take care of itself. You will work it until you make it.

Now, am I suggesting that you quit your job and work full-time on your business from day one? No. I do not recommend that. What I recommend you do is this that you work your business as if you have done that. It's a mindset decision but it's important. If you have that mindset, the flicking off the TV will be no match for you. Getting a little less sleep will be no match for you. Noisy children will be no match for you. You will work that business no matter what. That's important. That's what's required, I believe, in order to succeed.
