The name of the game in Network Marketing is to be a true producer!

'I'll give it a try....'

The SAD FACT is that most people who 'give it a shot' will not be producers. They will 'try' for a month or two, not find instant success and quit. They don't quit, look in the mirror and simply know they didn't succeed because of their efforts. They quit because of their upline, their company, the compensation plan, etc. They find EVERYTHING and EVERYONE else to blame, but themselves.

'She was toxic!'

I had a conversation with 'ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE' who was looking to get out of her business and into a new one. She contacted me after seeing a video of mine and thought she would join my team. After asking some questions of her, I quickly learned she was TOXIC! This was not a person that would benefit my team at this time. Ultimately, she would be a cancer to our team with her current mindset.

'I am responsible for my team....'

As the leader of my team, I am responsible for surrounding us all with positive, goal-oriented people who won't get discouraged easily. I am not out for 'numbers,' but for quality. One can have 100 people on their team, but if only 5 are quality, that 'leader's' work load will be much higher. The 'workload' being, babysitting, hand-holding, convincing, etc. Another could have 10 people on a team and have 8 of them be true quality leaders and have better production on his team than the other with 100.

...'they won't fit in with the culture of my team.'

It just makes sense to be o.k. with turning down potential team members when they won't fit in with the CULTURE of my team then it does to take the masses! THE MASSES FAIL. 97% in fact will fail. Only 3% succeed because they are QUALITY LEADERS and entrepreneurs. Follow the QUALITY leaders and become one yourself!
