Boxing exercises that can knockout obesity are jump rope and deep breathing. When your child has gained more weight than he should for his age or height and you the parent do not have the time or energy to take him to a gym use this quick and easy workout that has worked for boxers for years.

The workout I am prescribing is jumping rope with deep breathing in between rounds.

Boxing has always employed jump rope as a quick workout that can burn fat and tighten abdominal muscles but in between rounds use deep abdominal breathing to oxygenate your kid’s cells.

Jumping rope is a total workout that uses all muscle groups for exercise and toning. When your kid learns to jump rope all he will need to get a total body conditioning is 3 minutes per round. If your child can exercise just 3 rounds per day or even every other day will do wonders for his obese body.

This exercise will create a high intensity interval training that burns fat even when your child sleeps or plays video games.

Because today’s kids do not play outside like they used to, Riding bikes, racing or wrestling is a thing of the past for kids of today. Since the invention of the computer and the many games that allow kids to become sedentary instead of active, Obesity is on the rise.

However, this boxing exercise that only takes 3 minutes can work wonders even without spending all day at the gym or doing strenuous exercises that force the parents to spend more time away from the home.

Jumping rope is convenient because it is inexpensive, quick and can be done anywhere even inside the house or apartment. In addition this exercise is proven to tone fat bodies and tighten flabby loose fat from overeating or under exercise.

Many parents are bogged down with time constraint and activities but can still squeeze this workout into their busy schedules.

Jumping rope can knockout obesity in children but in between rounds is the best weight loss activity of all and it is deep abdominal breathing. Have your child to practice deep abdominal breathing to fully oxygenate their cells and you will enhance the fat burning process that will eliminate your child’s weight problem forever.

Deep breathing and jumping rope will become a one-two punch that can make your child healthy, lean and give them the workout that can last a lifetime.
