Fair question, the answer of course is that the best diet is NO DIET AT ALL, now you are puzzled!
You know that diets simply do not work, you have probably tried them all, we follow a diet but are always hungry so never satisfy our hunger and eventually put the any weight we have lost back on, how could this be possible? 1.You must only eat food you enjoy.
Can I have pizza and donuts in my diet?
Establishing a crash diet of cottage cheese and grapefruit won't help you if you hate those 2 foods, how about scrambled whole eggs in butter with your favourite vegetables and 2 slices of sprouted grain toast or French toast made from healthy bread and eggs or a juicy hamburger or steak for lunch or dinner and then why don't you make your own pizza from healthy ingredients? 3.Never be hungry .

Breakfast, lunch and dinner must not be forgotten, they are vital to any diet but so grazing between meals, munching on things like raw nuts, fresh fruits and healthy trail mixes can really keep you from experiencing any hunger throughout the day and help control any cravings that may come up.
