If one exercises regularly then the weight loss can be a permanent feature. A major excuse for not exercising is "no time". However, if a person can fit in three 10 minute exercise sessions in a day, that is as good as a half hour workout session.

That probably means that you are losing a lot of water and not actual fat. Therefore beware of all those instant weight loss schemes.
