That skinny guy at work.
Losing weight has always been one of the older Americans obsession this century, why is that? I call it weight loss 4 idiots. Like most people, we want to do what we want, when we want to do it. You want to eat what you want, you don't want to go to the gym 4 times a week, who does. Why can't live just be easy Every body knows that the best foods we like are the worst foods for our tummy. How about working out or exercise, who wants to do that. Would you rather be out at 6 am running a few miles, or getting that extra hour of sleep? How about getting off work and going strait to the gym or coming home, crack a beer and watch your show on the couch? I know what your saying, if you want to lose weight, you can't be lazy, why not? I mean, I have seen plenty of people who don't do any exercise, eat what ever, and never gain a pound. You know people like this, they always have something in there mouth, but they never gain weigh. You think to your self: you skinny Blank. Then you go home eat a salad and gain 3 pounds, why? Your doing every thing right, "most of the time anyway" why can't I do what he's doing? Then you think to your self: why me. Lets go back a little and think about why that is. Take that skinny guy, he eats what ever he wants, does he really? How often does he eat. I bet you see him eating all the time, and you think to your self, or you may have even said it to him or her: you keep eating like that, your going to look like me. If you haven't said it, you thought it. But when you say that or think that , your missing the most important part of this equation. Again, weight loss for idiots. Hears what I mean.
The younger body.
Just like when we were young, we did the same thing, we never thought about our weight at all. My son for instance, he eats like that, all the time, every few hours he's eating. The thing is, he does not eat allot of any one thing, in fact, at dinner he eats very little. I use to try to make him eat all of his dinner, but I realized something, maybe he's not hungry, eating as much as he is maybe I ought to leave him be His name is KJ by the way.
Weight loss 4 idiots, Keep it simple
When I found out about weight loss 4 idiots, keep it simple, it made me think about me and my son, it made me look at things a little different. He eats what he wants and he does not do allot of running, only during basket ball season, but when that's over, he plays on the computer allot. He does not go out very often, he does ride his bike every now and then but not much.
What hit me about him was that fact that, even though he does not do much in the summer, he eats allot of small things during the day ,he tends not to ever be very hungry or gain any weight. Let me put that another way, he does gain weight, because he is a growing kid, but his body shape never changes at all. One more note, this may be TMI, but he is very regular, if you know what I mean, 2 and 3 times a day, I thought to my self, THAT'S IT!! See, when your younger,your metabolism was high, very high. People know this but don't really know what it means, because if you knew what it meant, you could never get fat. I know your not dumb, don,t get me wrong, what I mean is, controlling your metabolism controls your weight, that simple, weight lost for idiots. Well if it's that simple,smart guy, how do you do it you ask?
Metabolism is part of weight loss 4 idiots
There are two basic ways to lose weight, do you know what they are? I know you may be thinking low calorie diet and working out. Lets take the work out part out for now, the first part is correct. The exercise part is more for health, but it does speed up your metabolism. But the more you work out the more you want to eat. Balancing that out is very important. The second way is to eat more. That's what I said, eat more. Just like KJ, my son, he eats some much, that his body is always pushing it out, if you know what I saying. The food does not have time to store fat, it's on the move. Plus, my son loves fruit. That's a key point, fruit rich in fiber are great, like plums, grapes, pears and melons are all very good. Eating more tricks your body metabolism and makes you body burn fat like crazy. Did you know there are food that you may think are healthy that are making you fat?
Stop dieting and start living
I could go on about this for ever, weight loss for idiots is not just a phrase, it's a diet plan that makes losing weight easy. There is so much more I could tell you but, it would take me for ever and I'm not writing a book. I wish I could go on, but I will give you more information at my site, and I just hope you can join me. Stop fighting with your self, and learn how to stay your desired weight forever, not up and down, but naturally.
For those who really want to get the weight under control for good, and not worry about how much they eat, or I cant eat that, then weight loss 4 idiots is for you.
