The first thing is that you have to be extremely careful, for you do not want to cause yourself to choke on the water or scratch your throat any.
It is pretty obvious now that there are a lot of unique and natural ways for you to remove tonsil stones, you just have to be creative with it and make sure that you keep your throat and entire body safe.
