Many people think of a body cleanse detox as drinking a special liquid, it actually has more to do with what you eat as well as your surroundings.
In this article I hope to share with you some ideas on how to detox your surroundings. My goal is to share with you some of the main ways we get free radicals, how we can eliminate them, feel younger, live longer and fight like Chuck Norris.
Ok, maybe I can’t show you how to fight like Chuck Norris, but I can show you how to feel better and live longer with your lifestyle.
I do feel very fortunate to be living now in the modern age with all the nifty gadgets and all the benefits that come with them. Of course like many things with the benefits come the drawbacks.
Our bodies are being exposed to more harmful pollution and environmental hazards than anytime in the past. Because of this it harms our health by creating free radicals.
Weed killers, pesticides contain toxins that are harmful to our bodies. Instead use organic, pull weeds, and use chemical free pesticides.
Many people, I'm included in this list spend a lot of time indoors. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) estimates that 90% of us do this.
Unfortunately 90% of all poison exposer starts at home, and the air inside is between 2-5 more polluted than the air outside. So cleaning the air that we breath will go a long way to contributing to a body cleanse detox.
-If you add live plants inside your home it will help, along with an air purifying system.
-Mold and fungus is not good, so eliminate dampness which is harmful to health. A few tips for this is to help the air circulate through the house, repair any water damage if it happens, plus its not a bad idea to bake the house sparingly (turn the heat above 100 for a few days while your away).
-Brand new furniture has chemicals, and paint that can be harmful.
-Check your house for Radon, and carbon monoxide which can be a health hazard.
-Common everyday household cleaners, and other items can create toxic air. Since there are a lot of them that do this I’m not going to go over every single one, if you do check out the Services I Offer tab I can go over this topic in a whole lot more detail.
