Why Lack Of Sleeping Will Make You Fat?

Many women are struggling to eat less or making plans for regular exercises. Well, I have to say, to eat healthy and do some exercise is really good for you. But if you only want to lose weight, there is something I want to share with you –the relationship between sleep and getting fit.
Then, what is the relationship between sleeping and getting fit?
Actually, women get fat because of the changes in the hormonal balance, increased appetite, fat storage increases.
But do they have anything to do with sleeping? Absolutely yes.
You will eat more if you lack of sleep.
May you ever noticed, when you feel tired, you will eat more. University of Chicago has done an interesting experiment, to allow a group of people sleeping five and a half hours a day, another group of people sleep eight and a half hours a day, recorded the status of two groups of people eating. A result, the group of less sleep on average per day intake of 221 calories more. What is this idea? Two weeks later, the heat would translate into about 1 kg of fat!
