Super foods are particularly popular for people who like to take dietary supplements. A planned diet and regular exercise are extremely important for your health, but sometimes you need to take that little bit extra to obtain a better result.
Why do super foods work so well? The best way to lose or gain weight is through the control of your metabolism. If you have a high metabolic rate then your body will break down fat quicker; if you have a lower metabolic rate you will tend to store more fat and this can be very difficult to work off.
