Hunger Free Weight loss with the Paleo Diet and gluten free

Used to do some research on the web and found a book by Nickii, entitled The Paleo Diet. I purchased a copy, liked what i read and duly started to stick to the eating habits expressed there.

I've always been thinking about fitness, disease, obesity etc, and wondered modern humans succumb to a lot illness, disease, obesity, allergies etc. Apparently , we're Stone-Age people living in today's whole world of processed food, laziness, poor work environments etc. A persons genome only has changed .02% in the last 40 thousand years. Those people, of which we're the offspring ate dieting consisting mainly of meat, vegetables, nuts and fruit. They may have eaten some grass seeds (which wheat is a modern version), but only in really small quantities. Modern use of grains didn't start until 10 thousand years ago using the first farms in the centre East.

So, modern humans are eating foods that the body has not evolved to consume. We're poisoning ourselves and shortening our way of life. Appreciated, ancient people probably had shorter lifespans, but they were lean and athletic, able to chase animals for long distances. We as modern humans should embrace the diet of old and make use of the modern developments in medicine to allow ourselves to reside long healthy lives. Simply mind boggling how lots of people enter their late 60's and for them life is nearly over. Their muscles waste, the stoop, their demeanor is a beaten person heading towards death. This is not the way it should be.

The paleo diet involves eating lean meat, fruit and vegetables (not root or starchy veggies) with mealtime. Eggs are permitted as are nuts and small amounts of dried fruit. Grains, pulse and dairy are all out. You'll have a cheat meal or two per week, but for those who have a lot of weight to lose, I'd restrict that to simply one. Drink plenty of water. I'd advise using a program like Fitday (free) to monitor all you consume for two weeks to make sure you are obtaining the calories and nutrients you'll need. From then on just be flexible.

I eat a lot of stir frys and love them, curries can be created easily. There's insightful recipes available on the web, and it also has plenty.

I will write another article soon going more into depth about how exactly I eat, but I have lost 7 kg effortlessly over the last a few months, I had been only 7 my desired weight therefore it was easy. If you are a lot bigger, the weight will shift with ease.

Take a look at it, talk to your doctor if you feel you have to, and revel in easy weight reduction with out the hunger
