Simple planning of daily meals that actually taste good can be all the difference when it comes to losing weight. Have you counted calories before? Well, not all calories are created equal. You may not have too many calories, but they may be the wrong type of calories.
Of course there is no magic when it comes to weight loss. But there are steps to follow that can tip the scales in your favor. If you've been unsuccessful before or failed a day after starting a diet regimen, why not try a technique that allows you to eat? Too many times we starve ourselves in a vain attempt to cut calories and shed pounds. But, if weight loss can't be done in a healthy manner, it probably shouldn't be attempted.
Fad diets are fads for a reason. They come and go. To be effective and give the desired results, you need a sustainable plan.
