Hair loss or thinning hair (alopecia) can begin with a few strands of hair on your comb or in the sink, and then progress to a balding scalp. Losing hair can be very stressful for any individual. To prevent hair loss naturally you will need to find home remedies using readily available foods and products. The process doesn't have to be difficult just follow these steps to avoid thinning hair or baldness.

  1. Women can experience excessive hair loss if they do not have enough nutrients, particularly iron, in their diet. Leave the castor oil on overnight and rinse it out the next morning.

  6. Fenugreek seeds can be ground in a blender with water to form a paste that can be applied to the roots of the hair and scalp. To make this mixture, put three tablespoons fenugreek seeds in a blender or food processor with 1/8 cup of water. Blend until the mixture forms a thick paste, and apply it to the scalp with a brush or clean fingertips. Comb the mixture through your hair in the shower and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse the scalp with cool water and shampoo your hair. this mixture is regarded by many Indian people as a good way to cleanse the scalp and help to grow hair at a faster rate.

  7. Add 4 tablespoons of henna leaves to a cup of mustard oil. Bring the mixture to a boil. Filter it and store it in a bottle. Massage the scalp a few times each week with his liquid.
