If you're anything like I used to be, you're probably fed up with dealing with your acne and you want it gone once and for all. I used to feel so out of place and upset because it felt like everyone was just staring at my breakouts all the time; I felt like a monster. My self esteem was so bad that I couldn't even look people in the eye's.
For me, I felt like I had it the worst too. When I was a teen, I had some acne breakouts, but nothing to justify worrying over. At most, I think I had 3 medium sized pimples on my skin and I simply shrugged it off. I figured I would just grow out of it like everyone said.
Fast forward several years later and now I'm in my mid-twenties. However, rather than growing out of my acne, it has gotten progressively worse. It's so bad now that I have cystic acne; it was almost completely covering my face. Needless to say, I had tried just about everything on the market and was nearly ready to beg my dermatologist to put me on accutane, despite how bad it could be. I just wanted to get rid of my acne once and for all and I had absolutely no hope because I was banking on the fact that I would outgrow it.
It wasn't until another long night of looking at product reviews and trolling the acne.org forums that I came across a rather interesting idea. It seems that several people were trying to convince others on the forums that putting stuff on our skin was a waste of time and that curing acne started from the inside out.
Naturally, anyone supporting these notions were mocked severely. Obviously acne was a skin problem that had to be taken care of externally. What's more, none of these people had any before and after photos, so it seemed quite suspicious.
But I was still intrigued. I mean, I had tried product after product for years and none of them worked. I decided to look more into it. It was quite interesting to say the least. For instance, one of the most common factors I came across all sorts of health forums was 4 words in all sorts of testimonials:
"My skin cleared up."
Time after time, people who had changed their diets, people that had cut out white carbs, people that had stopped eating dairy, heck even people that did juice fasts or the master cleanse, almost always, those 4 words were there. I really started to believe that maybe there was more to acne than we typically thought.
So after a lot of scouring, I finally came across Mike Walden's Acne No More system. I was sold because he talked a lot about curing acne from the inside and taking care of the real problems within. After reading the system and being walked through it every step of the way in his book, I took the plunge.
Quite literally, 15 days later, my skin was clear. My acne had vanished. All because I had gone about and treated the real problems. To this day, I still have clear skin and people I meet now would have no idea how bad my skin had once been.
I was almost in tears when I saw my skin changing. Mike's program is one based on science; in fact, it's clinically proven to work for anyone with any type of acne. It worked for me and it will work for you!
Good luck and take care.
