Internet and Network Marketing Success Formula

I figured I write this post for those of you who might be new to network marketing or maybe you've been in network marketing for awhile and aren't getting the results you expected. If you're talking to every person within 3 ft of you I'm here to tell you to STOP!!!! STOP chasing people in the malls, and stop passing out flyers and putting them on peoples' cars! If you want to be successful in your business then you position yourself as a leader and you must master the concept of ATTRACTION MARKETING.

Now what is Attraction Marketing? It's not a new concept at all, the big companies and corporations have done it for years, they've mastered branding themselves and getting consumers to buy their products. Essentially attraction marketing is about branding yourself and learning how to get people to chase YOU down to join your business.

Unfortunately we've been taught by our uplines to do the opposite. We're told to make a list of everyone we know and contact them to talk to them about our business opportunity. Well, I'm sorry but I'm about to step on some toes right now but everything your upline told you was WRONG!!! Do you wonder why the top earners in your company have such an enormous following? Do you wonder why they're able to draw crowds of people to company events? Well it's not their money, cause let's face the truth - they're not sharing any of it with you! The reason they're so successful is because they've learned the art of branding themselves and positioning themselves as a leader, and people will follow those who present themselves as a leader if they believe that they could somehow achieve the same results.

Now I'm going to reveal to you how I came to understand the concept of attraction marketing. One of the top earners in my company was going to be a guest speaker at one of my weekly meetings (now we all know that usually if a top earner comes to a meeting and there are guests there then hopefully their story of success can help seal the deal for other distributors) She came and showed us her earnings, shared a little bit of what she did to get to her level and then after the meeting opened up a smorgasboard of her own products for everyone to buy - DVD's, flyers with pictures of herself on it, and other promotional tools. Now you must understand the concept of what she was doing...she was branding herself!!! I didn't understand it at the time it was happening, but now I do. Don't you think it was opportunistic of her to show her checks for her earnings and then sell her DVD's and other products knowing full well there were guests there who were interested in joining the business? Why would the guests join with the person that invited them to the meeting? Wouldn't it make sense for them to join the person who has clearly shown that whatever system they're using it is yielding them results? - Makes sense to me! At the time I was already a distributor signed under someone else but if I was a guest there that day, I would've signed up underneath her - the guest speaker - since I would want to copy her success.

So understand that the point of this story is not discredit the top earners in your company, but rather to allow you to understand how powerful attraction marketing is. If you present yourself as a leader and someone who can offer a solution to others' problems they will follow you. Who knows, maybe they might leave their company to join yours if they feel that you're able to offer them more value than their upline was able to do.

Attraction marketing is about branding yourself upfront and then your company on the backend. There's nothing worst than constantly shoving your business opportunity down everyone's throat! Let me ask you this...do you think that the GURUS out there in network marketing are chasing anyone down to join their business? Probably not, wait let me change that - THEY NEVER CHASE ANYONE!!!

So now that you understand how POWERFUL Attraction Marketing is, you might be saying "How do I put it into practice?" Well first, you must say positive affirmations about yourself and your business consistently. Start off telling yourself "I'm a leader". Besides if you don't believe it, no one else will!! Then you might want to get yourself some books that incorporate the qualities of leadership and also attraction marketing. I've listed below some of my favorites to get you off to a good start.
