So who exactly are Ceregenex and what can they offer?

They are a health & wellness company (yes another one) who are providing products produced in conjunction with Neostem who are a company that researches adult stem cells. They are also affiliated with Optigenix who research products that benefit DNA cells

Something you might want to note, is that this company is NEW (in its current form) and in pre-launch, this is good news for many as you have the chance to get in on the 'ground floor'. Not that this is always a saving grace and passport to financial freedom, more on that later though.

There are two main products here; they have a liquid supplement which you drink called AIO, its designed to take care of our cell & DNA health and at the same time providing essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. As with all these products there are the usual promises of increased energy, vitality, slower aging, lower cholesterol, less free radicals etc....

The other product is called Activar, this is a cream skin care system and is said to reduce the effects of aging and help prevent further aging, it also contains the rather unique ingredient AC-11 which is said to be the only naturally occurring plant extract the directly affects DNA cells.

As far as the compensation plan goes, it's a binary, so you are effectively building two sales teams, one on the left and one on the right. These can be difficult to understand so if you are new to them, then you'd be doing yourself a favour by researching thoroughly. Often you will find MLM leaders using scarcity tactics to recruit into such a comp plan, spillovers are promised, but beware. Yes this can happen, you can benefit from your uplines efforts and get spillover payments, but this wont happen if you have not qualified yourself, i.e. not built a big enough & balanced team

Ceregenex comes with some good man power. Chairman and CEO, Matthew Henninger, who has over 20 years corporate finance experience and President, Richard Anzalone, who has worked in the direct sales industry since 1992. No doubt both of these guys know exactly what they are doing and are well qualified to lead the company forward.

You won't need to pay a fee to join the company, you just need to buy some product. Most MLM companies will charge anywhere from $75 upwards in order to join..

They are indeed in an extremely saturated market so it will be interesting to see how their products hold up against the competition. As far as I can see they are not offering much in the way of training.
