One of the hardest things in finding a good fat loss diet is to distinguish between gimmick and genuine products. Here are 3 weight loss strategies that I'm sure you've heard of but probably haven't tried before. They are unusual, but they have immense possibilities and many people re using it with great success.

From a spiritual point of view, cleaning your body through fasting also has a spiritual effect on cleaning the mind. From a weight loss perspective, fasting can help you cleanse and unclog your system which promotes a healthy weight loss. Fasting is not about starving yourself or stopping eating. It's a strategy that needs to be done correctly if you want to have any real results.

We've all seen those TV shows where people get hypnotized into doing silly things. More than anything this illustrates the power of hypnosis and the power of your mind. The real problem with losing weight is not with your diet - its with your mind and your psychology. Hypnosis can help to correct this be "re-programming" all your subconscious thoughts, beliefs and habits that is the real cause of being overweight.

Weight loss retreats or "fat farms" as they are more commonly known is an amazing way to get you on the right track to losing weight. These 3 strategies is not exactly main stream but it really works if you are serious about it. The dieting industry has become one where the most successful diets are the ones with the biggest advertising budgets.
