If you’ve been regularly catching up with the Gossip Girl season 4 episodes, you must be well aware of the vindictive games that Blair and Chuck have been playing with each other. But it finally seems that we can expect an end to it. Or can we really? Well, that’s left to be unraveled as the season unfolds, but before we get to that, let’s reminisce how these two lovebirds have been doing so far in the latest season of the series.
Talking of Blair, she’s been totally living up to her reputation as the ‘it-girl’, right since the season premiere in which we saw her embarking on a high-profile escapade in Paris. Being unaware of Chuck’s shooting in Prague, Blair was seen trying hard to get over him, as she made no qualms about getting into a romantic fling with a guy she met, whom she presumed belonged to a royal family. On the other hand, the Gossip Girl season 4 episode 8 solved the cliffhanger of the previous episode, as Chuck’s whereabouts were revealed.
Chuck’s appearance in this season came as a surprise to most of us, since we saw him having taken up an all new identity, and with a foreign stunning blonde, Eva at his arm. On seeing this, Blair instantly flared up, and shot back by getting closer to her new man, Louis. As they all finally returned to New York, even more drama awaited them.
Immediately on getting back to New York, Blair tried hard to make her way up to the social circle, by joining the elite Hamilton House. As for the cold war between her and Chuck, it went on with her laying down a successful plan to make Eva break up with him. To see how Chuck gets back at Blair as the season progresses, watch Gossip Girl season 4 episode 8, or catch the upcoming Gossip Girl episode as it airs.
S04e08 will be titled ‘Juliet Doesn’t Live Here Anymore’, and will finally see Chuck and Blair reach an agreement. This comes after the intervention of Serena and Nate in the previous Gossip Girl episode, where they made the two sign a treaty that marked a truce to their rivalry. What remains to see on s04e08 is whether or not Blair and Chuck will be able to be on good terms with each other after all the ups and downs that their relationship has gone through.
Apart from peace prevailing between the two, another thing to look forward to as you get a Gossip Girl season 4 episode 8 download after it gets aired, is the controversial relationship between Serena and Colin. In the previous episode, we saw them deciding to stay away from each other till the semester ended, and Colin was no longer a teacher. But this won’t be as easy as it seems, and they’ll be seen continuing their student-teacher romance in Gossip Girl s04e08.
