Located near Atlantic Ocean, Newark is the largest city of New Jersey. Many people visit the city on work and pleasure. People have no difficulty in visiting to Newark from New Delhi because many airline companies operate their flights from Delhi. All the major airline companies of India and United States are active on this route.
People who want to reach their fastly can book a direct flight to Newark. There are many direct flights operated by the Continental Airlines and United Airlines. These flights take maximum 16 hour to reach to Newark. The prices of these flights are also high. If you opt for connecting flight then you can get cheap air tickets in comparison to direct flights. You can also choose to book an economy class tickets over business class because this will further bring down the cost of the air tickets. If you are planning to reduce the burden of your pocket then purchase a round ticket which will be really inexpensive comparison to single ticket. If you purchase a single ticket then it will cost you around Rs. 30000 but at the same time when you buy a round ticket that is two way tickets then it will cost you approximately Rs. 51000 which is really less than the actual amount.
Newark is a delightful city with lots of historical places to visit like Cathedral of Scared Heart, National Newark Building – Newark’s tallest building, Newark Museum, etc. There are various galleries like City without Walls, Sumei Arts Center, Aljira and many more which attracts lot of visitors. Apart from this you can also enjoy watching different species of birds in Branch Brook Park which is the largest park in the county. All the flights are landing to the Newark Airport which will prevent you from excess roaming.
There are many airlines which fly to Newark from New Delhi. All the major airlines have connecting flights like Lufthansa, Jet Airways, United Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, etc. The tickets of a nonstop flight will cost you approximately Rs. 44000 whereas a connecting flight will cost you nearly Rs. 30000. So depending upon your requirement you can book your flights. It takes around 14 hours to 33 hours to reach to the city. The flights are scheduled from 12.50 am to 11.00 pm which further make the traveling more flexible.
In my opinion if you are planning to visit to Newark then book your tickets in advance and opt for a connecting flight. This will not only make your journey comfortable but will also help in reducing the burden of your pocket.
