Dominica – This is not the Dominican Republic. The passport from this country is not much good for visa free travel. The cost is usually about $75,000 for one person, $100,000+ for a couple. They will notify your home country during the course of their background investigation which you get to pay for. We have never heard of anyone getting a name change. It usually takes 3-6 months for the passport. We do not offer these passports and have no referrals to those who do.
St Kitts – This is a Caribbean Island. They do offer economic citizenship. We are hearing it takes around nine months although they claim less. They make you pay for an extensive background investigation and this notifies your home country. Like why else would St. Kitts be running a background investigation on you. We never heard of anyone getting a name change. Fees run about $410,000 for the real estate option. This requires a purchase of an approved $350,000 piece of real estate that must be kept for five years. There is another method that is about $100,000 less requiring a cash payment. The passport is good for lots of visa free travel. If you have the money and don't mind spending it this can be a good option. We do not work with this country and do not make any referrals for those who do.
Panama – They have a program for a passport and a residency. This is not a citizenship. You have to deposit something like $200,000 (the amount keeps changing) in a bank for five years "BEFORE" applying. If you get turned down your money is tied up for five years. For this reason we never sold a single one of these. The passport is not the same passport given to citizens. This passport has no bar codes. The passport is for five years only. At that time the program can be discontinued and then you cannot renew it. They have discontinued the program before. They could keep the program in place and raise the amount of deposit like they did before. This is not recommended but in any even we do not process such applications nor do we make any referrals to those that do.
Austria – They have an investment program that starts at $1,000,000 but generally requires $3,000,000 and thus we do not work with this program nor do we refer people.
Montenegro – This is a country that has recently started an economic citizenship program. They require $700,000. Due to cost we do not work with this program and know very little about it. We do not refer either for this program. It is a Balkan country not in the EU. For more information read this:
Montenegro: Citizenship For Sale?
Belgium, Lithuania, and Latvia - It is rumored that such programs do exist but have been unable to find any signs of them and doubt their existence.
Africa – There are numerous countries in Africa that will give you a real passport and citizenship. The President has the power to do so at his discretion. These are real. The question is what are they useful for. They do not have visa fee travel except to other African nations. Getting a bank account opened with such a passport would probably attract suspicion as in why does this African who does not look African want an offshore bank account. Some of these African nations are considered trouble spots and passports from there are just about completely worthless. We do not offer these and do not refer to those who do.
