Our spa is a place of tranquility. Relaxation is the key to the success of our treatments. It is important for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service scheduled time. This will allow you time to check in, change, fill out any consent forms, and get comfortable. Arriving late will result in the loss of time toward your service, but you will still be charged the full amount. You will be modestly draped during your services. Smile Spa provides bathrobes, and/or drapes for your visit. Anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cell phones must be turned off in the spa. Children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are being serviced. You will need to book your service with a credit card. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full charge.

If this is your first visit, please allow extra time to fill out your personal profile and also so you can relax and unwind and enjoy some of our other amenities. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of the treatment, the more beneficial your treatment will be.

Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your future services while still on the premises. When scheduling more than one treatment, please ask which order is best. Usually body treatments, especially massages, are most relaxing after facials or laser treatments. And make sure make-up appointments come last.

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that at times you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge. Your appointment must be confirmed with a credit card or gift card number.

Payment

Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For personal checks, a check form must be filled out at the desk for our files.

Guest Services

Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services and treatments. If you are ever not satisfied 100%, please bring it to the Team Manager¹s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Refreshments

Our refreshment bar is always open with an array of drinks, such as, coffee, juices, water or soda. It is a perfect way to relax before, during or after your service. This complimentary service is offered to every client of the spa. Please try not to have caffeine if you are planning on having a laser treatment.

Children

We appreciate the cooperation of all parents in ensuring the safety of their child, to bring them to the salon only when the child is receiving a service. Children are not permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving spa services.

Health Issues for Spa Services

Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid any treatments that involves heat or detoxification. If you're allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you¹re pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature. If you have pacemakers, metal implants or pregnant, avoid any laser treatments.
