How To Integrate Technology Into Your Trade Show Display For Maximum Effect

Technology companies have always understood the importance of including their latest products in every trade show display. They have modeled their software on large overhead monitors, offered trial runs and examples of their products, and let visitors experience their innovations. As the technology for trade show exhibits advanced, a handful of non-technology companies began to use television presentations and computer programs as part of their exhibits and experienced great success. For many companies, a few simple technological additions can greatly boost the excitement that their booth provides.
Technology For The Product-Oriented Trade Show Display
If you are focused on presenting a tangible product, then it might be easy to think that technology will not help you. But what if you were to use a widescreen television to show your product in use? Or how about featuring a slideshow of your product in various applications? With the right technology, all of these possibilities can become reality. From personal care products to cameras and beyond, all of them can benefit.
Alternatively, you could feature the same advertisements that you have been running on television and the internet. They are already designed to hold the attention of a distracted viewer, and they will work in trade show exhibits as well. Place them on widescreen monitors high above the audience, and you will get recognition for the ad and draw visitors to your display.
Designing Trade Show Exhibits For A Product That Can't Be Handled
When a product cannot easily be transported to the exhibition hall or is otherwise unimpressive in person, a video is a great way to communicate its great impact. A short tour video works well for large items, while an animated display of features is an excellent idea for others.
In addition, many companies find that their trade show display benefits from having an automated program that allows users to custom-build one of their products. This option is great for a wide variety of situations, from a home builder to a computer producer and everything in between. In addition, multimedia devices allow your company to present products that may not be available presently, but are expected in the future. If your prototype is fragile, your visitors can get a feel for it even though they can't see it.
Increased Visibility Means More Visitors
It is human nature for the eye to be drawn to things that move. If your booth features a television screen placed at the top of your booth, visible above the crowd, the eyes of passerby will naturally be drawn to it. People will stop and look, and may very well then choose to see what else you have to offer, drawing them over to your booth.
Incorporating technological displays into your booth will be sure to impress visitors while communicating the benefits of your products or services.
