I bet the title of this post must be wrecking your nerves, since a wedding is the last thing that we were expecting on Glee season 2 episode 8 "Furt". But then, Glee always has its kitty full of surprises for us in all its episodes, doesn’t it? Well, before you take your imagination too far to determine whose wedding is being talked about here, I have all the answers for you.
The upcoming Glee episode will see the wedding of none other than Sue! Now, I’m sure you’ll all agree that this has come totally out of the blue, and is definitely the last thing that we could expect. If that’s surprised you, wait till you hear what I have for you next.
Well, can you think of what could be the possible reason for Sue deciding to get married? Any guesses? Could she have suddenly met her Mr. Perfect while strolling down the lane? If that sounds foolish to you, then the actual reason is definitely going to bring alive on your face a million-dollar expression.
Well, Sue will decide to get married on Glee season 2 episode 8 so as to compete with Finn’s mother Carole, who’ll be marrying Burt, hence the episode’s title- "Furt". If you think that the whole idea of a ‘competitive wedding’ is downright crazy, all that I can say is that’s not where it ends. There’s a lot more of quirkiness awaiting you as you watch Glee season 2 episode 8.
To start with, Sue’s wedding dress will score pretty high on the quirk-o-meter. That’s because she’s going to be seen clad in a tracksuit-style wedding dress. But well, that does not mean that this episode will be absolutely sans glamour. In fact, it will be seeping with glamour, since it’s going to see the introduction of a fabulous woman on the sets- the ravishing Carol Burnett, playing the role of Sue’s Nazi-hunting mother, Doris.
Sounds like a perfect laugh-riot in the making. Well, don’t forget to catch up with Glee season 2 episode 8 online if you miss it on TV, to revel in all the fun and frolic that the episode will unleash.
But well, Carol is not the only surprise that this upcoming episode holds. There’s more to come, with the introduction of Karofsky’s father, who will be played by Daniel Roebuck of ‘Lost’ fame. In short, this episode is sure to be jam-packed with excitement, as it will bring together a multitude of spectacular performances sharing the same screen space. To add to the gusto will be a musical extravaganza, as we’ll get to tap our feet to ‘Marry You’, and ‘Just the Way You Are’ by Bruno Mars.
So be sure to catch up with all the action on this, as well as all the upcoming Glee episodes for the perfect treat to satiate your entertainment buds.
