One of them gives birth to a baby boy, who unfortunately, passes away, much to the dismay of King Henry.

Like The Tudors season 1, its season 2 was also not short of gripping twists and turns. Henry snaps all ties with the Catholic Church and goes on to become the head of the Church of England. Catholic Church’s denial to let him officially, separate from his wife prompted Henry to take this unexpected decision. Thereafter, he initiates a bloody confrontation with Rome, during the course of which he secretly ties the knot with pregnant Anne. However, Anne’s failure to realize Henry’s desire to become a father to a son ends this relationship.
In season 3, The Tudors episodes were equally eventful. Henry marries some more heavenly damsels and finally, a male heir is born. The season also dealt with Henry’s pitiless crushing of the Pilgrimage of Grace and blossoming of his relationship with a potentially fatal female, named Katherine Howard.
The gripping plotline of season 3 was followed by a concluding season 4, which offered a sensational ending to this well-crafted history cum fiction based television series. Speaking concisely, season 4 revolved around this monarch’s fatal marriage to Katherine Howard, his astonishingly long-lasting marriage with Katherine Parr, an attempt to stamp his authority over France and the fate of his kingdom after his demise.
