All the while, anxiety and depression are being identified as having a strong link in between them. The question is, are they related? Well it all depends on the answer to this question.
We need to ask this question: Which symptoms came first, anxiety or the depression? I don't mean the diagnosis by a medical practitioner or a doctor but the anxiety or the depression symptoms.
If your depression came before the anxiety is your answer, then it is likely that you are suffering from true clinical depression. But if your anxiety came before the depression, chances are you might be having anxiety-related depression. This kind of anxiety-related depression is totally different and very treatable. Due to the fact that anxiety causes mood swings, it is often very easy to get mixed up between clinical depression and anxiety disorder.
There is absolutely huge difference between anxiety caused by depression and depression caused by anxiety. True depression is a chemical mood disorder that depends quite heavily on drugs. However, stress, phobias and anxiety can cause symptoms similar to clinical depression but they are rarely true clinical depression.
If you are having depression and anxiety is the caused of that depression, there is an effective method to undermine that anxiety which in turn will allow you to tackle the issues which caused you to experience depression in the initial stage.
If you experienced anxiety which has caused depression and mood change, the effective method I mentioned above will show you the remedy removing your unwelcome anxiety totally, and this will rid the depression permanently.
Almost 80% of anxiety sufferers experience the feeling of depression. This is very true knowing the nature of anxiety that can make you feel really miserable. I know because I have been there.
Stress, anxiety and phobias can cause huge change in sufferer's behavior but with an effective healing method, all those symptoms will be untangled and finally you can have back the your happy, full and active life.
