Excess weight is a huge problem for many people. Most have tried to lose weight on a variety of diets and weight loss programmes and to their frustration have either not had significant success or have quickly gained the weight back. Dieters often gain back more weight than they lost.
Scientists have isolated the hormones which are imbalanced in overweight and obese people. They came to the conclusion that obesity is not caused by lack of self discipline but by hormonal imbalance which results in metabolic problems. These hormones can be rebalanced by using nutrition as medicine, resulting in dramatic weight loss. Hormones are stimulated with specified amounts] of food and combinations that allow the body to burn its own fat and also to use food in the right way , naturally correcting chemical imbalances.
The critical hormones involved are Human Growth Hormone (HGH), insulin and serotonin. HGH is needed to control the break down of fat and has an important part to play] in stamina, vitality, energy, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The amount of protein and carbohydrates needed to increase the serotonin levels and human growth hormone in the body can be determined with a blood test. Rebalancing natural hormones addresses the cause of the problem and is in the end far more effective than merely treating the symptoms with a low calorie diet. In fact, weight loss is often faster when a person eats more food in a balanced diet.
When the chemical balance is recovered weight loss often comes about very quickly . As long is this weight loss is fat and not muscle tissue or water then this is generally fine.
