Now, a building of brick and mortar is not needed for business expansion – a small computer with an active internet connection would suffice to realize the dream! This is the power of local.
When you want to expand, you have to tap the local knowledge that will help you grow and that is what the major companies are doing. Social networking has also helped the cause further fuelling and delivering on the expectations front.

The internet is a giant that sucks in every information that you can think of. The increase usage and networking has further helped its growth as an information super-power. The main thing that businesses want to target on the internet is its traffic. Even by modest estimates if one considered the amount of people they can reach in such a short time – the opportunity is immense.
Today, the internet has become such a big factor that businesses which seemed to run fine till the other day are having a sluggish run owing to the lack of internet exposure. Fearing a shut-down, local businesses are running online to grab their share of the profit pie!
Search engines are further optimizing their results page to suit the persons real search/want. This is a type of artificial intelligence software development where the search engines are trying to guess / read the users minds.
