I wish that I could honestly say that there was some magical way that you could cast a magic spell that will cause your team members to want to become network marketing leaders. However, that would be very dishonest and quite frankly, it’s just not possible.

If there is one thing that I have learned by being a part of Soul Purpose it is that you can’t want for people anything more than they want for themselves. You also cannot make a person want to promote up the compensation plan. That burning desire and fire has to come from the individual.

No one knows the hearts of their network marketing team members. Therefore, you can’t look at person and say, that’s the one or this one is the one. That’s not possible. The only thing that you can do is be very clear with your language and your dialogue about exactly what it is that you want to do, who it is that you want to help and how you plan on doing that.

Willing individuals with the desire to succeed will automatically STEP UP!

So, here’s the truth. The only thing that you can do as a Leader to create other Leaders is to keep doing the same Phase I activities over and over. You must become a master of doing the mundane. And you have to keep working at perfecting your language and communication skills so that your language, posture and message all become IRRESISTIBLE, 100% BELIEVABLE and UNREFUSABLE.

So…what does this all mean? It means that at the end of the day, you have to work on YOU. You’ve heard people say time and time again, that it’s about You, Inc. Sometimes you may even wonder…what exactly does that mean?

Well it means you have to become a better You in order to become, IRRESISTIBLE, 100% BELIEVABLE and UNREFUSABLE.

How do you become IRRESISTIBLE?

Just to be clear, you don’t have to be a beauty queen, or wear a size 2, to be irresistible. You can be a size 22 and still be irresistible. Being the kind of person that people are attracted to is all able having a pleasing personality, smiling, having a dynamite appearance, it’s basically about being approachable. If you’re not the type of person that someone will come up to you and ask for directions, then you’ve got some work to do.

And SMILE sometimes. It’s okay. Did you know that it takes way more muscles on your face to smile than it does to frown? So why frown. If you know that this is the day that the Lord has made and you should be thankful and rejoice in it. Then truly rejoice. Be happy. Smile.

People are attracted to people like this. ALL THE TIME. When you are irresistible, you will NEVER have a problem talking to people, because most of the time, people will come up and talk to you. Or they will be attracted to you because of your energy.

BECOME 100% BELIEVABLE!

The average person will believe you and everything you say, when you believe it yourself. What you believe about yourself and your business oozes through your skin and is articulated with every word that comes out of your mouth. What you believe is visualized in your mannerism, your style and your posture. When you gain experience in dealing with people you will be able to read them to a T without them ever saying a word. So for an experienced network marketer who is reading you, what is your belief saying about yourself?

The only way to become 100% BELIEVABLE in your network marketing business is to build your belief in the opportunity and the only way to do that is to take the appropriate actions and do them over and over again, constantly tweaking and changing what you say and how you say it until you become an really good at what you do.

Become UNREFUSABLE.

This is easy to do, because all it requires is the correct language skills. When you become a master of your verbal tools you become unrefusable. You become hard to refuse when you learn to relate, learn to properly edify, you learn to promote, you learn to properly use fear of loss, and you learn how to create a big vision. If you do nothing else, but master these verbal tools and practice your language skills in a way that everything you say reflects knowledge of these five things, you will talk your way to millions. And nobody will stop you and you will get less and less no’s.

So, a person that is IRRESISTIBLE, 100% BELIEVABLE and UNREFUSABLE becomes a magnet. And crazy things will begin to happen like applications will just pop in your mailbox, or people will just pop on your genealogy without you even talking to them.

I can say these things because they all have happened to me and for me, and can happen for you too.
