So many people want to be successful in life coaching. They want to attract clients. They really do. But nothing happens. Or they try, they fail, and they eventually give up. They don’t become a life coach. Something is holding them back. You know you have the potential to be successful, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to work -- not for you.

You think you can’t attract clients. Maybe you think you can’t earn money. Maybe you just can’t do it. Maybe you don’t have enough time. You don’t have what it takes. You don’t like to sell. There just aren’t any clients around. You’ve tried and failed. It just doesn’t work. There’s a myriad of reasons.

But the real reason that’s holding you back doesn’t have to do with any of that. The biggest thing holding you back is not knowing what holds you back. Because it’s your limiting thoughts and beliefs that hold you back. It’s never the outside world, only the inside world. Deep down, you know you can do it. You know you could find a way if you had to.

If you feel like something is holding you back, just know that it’s your thoughts and fears. Nothing else. Your thoughts and fears always project onto the outside world as being the source of the blame. Your mind does that automatically to deflect cause from the true root -- your thoughts!

Everyone has an emotional and mental box that they live in. No one can achieve results outside of the current box you live in. For example, if you think you can’t do something, you don’t even try or you try and fail. Then you have evidence to support it and you keep reinforcing the pattern. So to get a different result, you have to expand your mental and emotional box. You have to think new thoughts and feel differently. You have to let go of fear.

The only way to expand your mental and emotional box is to question it. You have to begin to question your thoughts religiously and make a habit out of it. Because reprogramming takes time to recondition the mind.

The way you tell what your current emotional box is you have to look at the results you’re getting in your life. Whatever results you currently have is a direct result of the current thoughts and feelings you believe to be true and are experiencing in this moment to be true.

There are so many ways to reprogram your mind and your emotions. Your emotions are nothing more than energetic patterns that keep getting repeated. If you interrupt it enough, change the pattern, and refocus the energy in your body, you can make powerful change very rapidly in your life and in your life coaching business.

But the key is to realize it’s your thoughts and emotions that are holding you back and nothing else. Which means that you hold the key to change. You are responsible. The power is within you. Because that’s where the problem originated from. Armed with that knowledge, you have the power to change your thoughts and emotions so you can attract clients and become a successful life coach.
