Web Video Marketing San Diego.

Hi Rocket Watchers, here's a couple of tips for you to use in creating your own Video Marketing strategy online. It's fun, we'll make it easy for you, and if you want our help, we'd be glad to do so. We are located right here in San Diego, CA. and we'd love to work with you!

Shooting Video-

It all starts with the camera. And really the kind of camera doesn't matter too much. You are not a cinematographer, you are never going to be so don't worry that it's not just perfect. Remember, slick doesn't sell. Real does, so start shooting, and start posting.

Can you hear me now?

While the look of your video is not paramount, the audio is! People will always turn away from your clips if you can't be heard. So turn up the volume, not too high, but high enough so that they can hear you.

Ideally you want to get a microphone that will pick up your voice. Look to see if you have a external microphone jack, it will be a small port with a microphone symbol. If it doesn't no sweat, you could even use a separate digital recorder and splice together in a video editor software.

Video Editing?

What the heck? Don't fret my friend. If you have a computer you have a video editor software. On PC it's called Movie Maker, and PC you have iMovie. Both software packages make it easy to get your movies off your camera and onto the web. They are both drag and drop, even for the audio.

Promoting you Videos-

Youtube is your best friend for getting your message out, but you have lots of other friends too. There are hundreds of other video sharing sites that you should be posting your vids to. Tops on the list are; Vimeo, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Veoh, and Revver. Go set up an account and start posting there too.
