How Smokers are Fighting the Urge to Light up

The urge to light up is strong—much like the ‘force’ from Star Wars. It’s this unrelenting force that constantly nibbles at our brain, begging us to just light up a cigarette. I know about this all too well because I smoked for over 10 years. And every time I tried to quit, I ended up practically losing my mind. Everything changed last year when I discovered the electronic cigarette.
The electronic cigarette is an electronic device that relies on refill cartridges to give your body nicotine. Refill cartridges are these tiny little containers that host liquid nicotine. You screw these cartridges (one at a time, mind you) onto your electronic cigarette, and then you puff. The e-cigarette then heats up the cartridge, causing the raw liquid nicotine to transform into a cool, pleasant vapor that you then inhale.
Since the first electronic cigarette launched several years ago, the major tobacco companies have been in a frenzy to get it outlawed. They hate the electronic cigarette because it has the potential to destroy their entire business. With an e-cigarette and some refill cartridges, former smokers can start a new, fresh life devoid of tobacco or carcinogens—all while saving boatloads of money.
For starters, whereas cigarette addiction costs a minimum of $5 per day, and that’s only if you can refrain from smoking more than 20 in a 24-hour period, using an e-cigarette costs as little as $.80 per day. The actual electronic cigarette costs between $50 and $100, but it’s a permanent fixture that you can reuse. The refill cartridges are what you end up paying for on a daily basis, and they’re awfully cheap.
Electronic cigarette refill cartridges contain as much nicotine as one whole pack of cigarettes. Since they’re devoid of tobacco, carcinogens, and all those other nasty things found in a cigarette, refill cartridges can therefore be retailed to you, the consumer, at a much more budget-friendly price. As astonishing as this may sound, all the extra money you pay for regular cigarettes goes toward manufacturing the very same chemicals responsible for destroying your body.
Refill cartridges are much safer, much cheaper, and much better for you. The electronic cigarette is in essence a cigarette without any negatives. By using an electric device, the device is able to quench your nicotine cravings via these refill cartridges that don’t have tobacco or carcinogens. They just have nicotine, which at the end of the day is the one and only substance you’re addicted to.
If you’re having trouble fighting the urge to light up, then try an e-cigarette. I realize you have doubts, but when you look and compare the facts and figures (price, health, etc), your decision becomes obvious. So act on it NOW!
