With the current state of our economy, a penny for someone’s thoughts is a pretty sweet deal. Of course, getting feedback for free is even better. And you can do just that, simply by adding a poll to your website or blog. You enhance the interactivity of your site in the process, too!
BooRoo offers a streamlined design procedure that lets you create a poll in more or less the same time it takes to answer one. Our web polls are free and there is no limit to the number of responses. Plus, you get full, live results.
To get started, select "Create a Poll" from your BooRoo dashboard. A screen entitled "New Poll " will appear. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced user, you’ll be glad to know that this is the first and last step in creating your poll.
Add your question and answer choices. The poll options follow the same one per line format as a question. It’s just that easy! A simple point click and add your answers, would you like to randomize them, can they select more than one response, and would you like them to write in their "other" response to capture more detail and you are on your way!
Instant results can be seen just by clicking the text link to see results located at the bottom of the poll.
You also have the ability to introduce your poll to the wonderful world of social media and turn it into a social media butterfly. When you tick the "Share" box, respondents can spread your poll on Twitter, Facebook, Delicious, and other websites.
After making all those decisions, the only thing that’s left to do is select a poll size that goes the best with your website or blog. And now for the fun part. Click "LAUNCH" to bring your poll to life. Copy the code from the embed link and embed it into your website or blog. Or, just use the direct URL link to send people quickly to the poll.
The toughest thing about putting a BooRoo poll together is how you will use your findings and communicate that to those who care about the results. We’ve taken care of step one and two of that part by making results – instant. How will you handle the dissemination of information? Check out our blog here for some practical tips to the point ways to make the most or your polls.
