Days before undergoing a detox diet, prepare yourself physically and mentally. Get as much rest and relaxation as you can so you can focus yourself on the diet. Moreover, you should not go on a fruit detoxifying diet for more than a couple of days and without your doctor's consent. Inasmuch as this kind of cleansing will definitely be lesser in calories compared to other diets, you should never undergo a fruit diet without consulting your doctor first.
