The idea here is to change the way you eat and live, this in turn would change your circumstances with your belly.
Another issue for many people is alcohol or beer. Calories are needed to help the body run, too much however and it becomes a problem. The fact is that the sugar and calories content in beer is off the charts. So, your body uses what it needs and stores the rest as fat in the stomach area. This is the easiest place for your body to store fat.
Steps to Lose Beer Belly
The first step is to reduce your alcohol or beer intake. Since this could be a bit too much for many people, switch to Light Beers as they have fewer calories in them. The main idea here is to gradually reduce the amount of alcohol you consume over time and see the difference.
The second step is to change your diet. Watch what you eat and the portions too. Choose healthier choices when you are dining out or even choose to eat at home than eating out. Not only is it healthier but it also saves money.
Thirdly, join a gym. Have an exercise program drawn up and stick to it. This will not only help you lose beer belly but you will also start to shape those tight abs you’ve always wanted.
