Chocolate chip cupcake
Try one of our chocolate cupcake recipes and sure enough, your guests would keep coming back for more. The ingredients you will need are the following: 150 grams butter, 180 grams self raising flour, 75 grams chocolate chips, 4 eggs, vanilla extract and 175 grams sugar.
Before starting with the mixture, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put paper linings on your pan using cupcake papers. Add in 4 eggs in a mixing bowl and beat it using a manual or electric beater. Add in the rest of the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Beat the mixture using an electric beater for about 3 minutes until you achieve a creamy texture. Divide the mixture and pour it over the cupcake pans. Add in chocolate chips on each cupcake. Bake the cupcakes for about 20 minutes. Make sure the cupcakes are well done. You can use a toothpick to check. Allow the cupcakes to cools before transferring it on the rack.
Fruitcake cupcake
Another winning cupcake recipe is fruitcake cupcake. All you will need are the following ingredients: 100 grams butter, 120 grams sugar, 3 eggs, orange marmalade, 500 grams mixed dried fruits, 100 grams flour, 2 tablespoon self raising flour, 1 teaspoon mixed spice and 2 tablespoon sherry.
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Don’t forget to line the cupcake pans with cupcake papers. Add in the butter, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat the mixture using an electric beater. Mix the dried fruits as well as the orange marmalade. Add into the mixture the sifted flour and mixed spice. Pour over the mixture into the cupcake pans. Allow the cupcakes to be baked approximately about 20 minutes. Once done, remove the cupcakes from the oven and add in the sherry. You can cover the cupcakes with a foil and remove it once cooled.
Ginger cupcake
One of the most sought after cupcake recipes we have is ginger cupcake. With just a few steps, you can now come up with your own ginger cupcake. You will need the following ingredients: ½ cup self-raising flour and all purpose flour, ¼ baking soda, 1 tsp ginger, half cup cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ brown sugar, egg, 100 grams butter, ¼ cup milk and 2 tablespoon corn syrup.
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees. Line the pans with cupcake papers. In a large mixing bowl, sift the ginger, baking soda, nutmeg, self-raising and all purpose flour and cinnamon. Add in the rest of the ingredients and beat them all together using an electric beater. Pour over the mixture into the pans and bake them for about 30 minutes. Once done, let the cupcakes cool before transferring them to the rack.
