First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla and stir the mixture. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add in the butter and milk then stir all together. Bake the cupcakes for about 20 to 25 minutes.
