Myth #1: You need to think constructive ideas all of the time!
From my own experience, and those of my clients, that is simply not true. It's unreasonable to expect yourself to monitor and edit the 1000's of thoughts that flow through you mind each day. The mission is simply not possible.
Additionally, if you force yourself to do that, you could be disappointed with yourself if you're a bit pessimistic. It can turn into a bad cycle as you resist more.
To escape this dreaded cycle simply choose to let go of disapproving of your self for having destructive thoughts. Allow those ideas to be as they may.
Sure, you would prefer to just have positive thoughts, but disapproving of yourself or trying to change what is, is counter-productive.
Instead, set aside small periods of time throughout the day in order to think about your goal as accomplished. During these times, simply be optimistic and truly feel that you already achieved what you have always dreamt of.
As you constantly apply yourself during these set periods, you will realize that your habitual thoughts naturally shift to being optimistic. This happens without conscious effort all through your "off time".
Myth #2: Attracting anything anytime is possible.
This is quite hard. It is believed that folks may attract whatever thing they really desire at once.
It is necessary to actually believe that you could achieve what you truly like. Regrettably, regardless of how much we may consciously force ourselves to believe something, our subconscious mind might have different ideas.
This is a consequence of the actuality we exist in. Try to not fight this battle. Simply accept is as is and work with it.
Begin by attracting smaller objectives which you can have a higher level of faith that you can reach. As you begin to attract those into your life, so your total belief in the process would increase and you can go for bigger goals. This is the art of creating a positive belief spiral.
