Moreover, if you are a bachelor with an active lifestyle, would you decide to have a home near the pub or casino? How about the interval of the hospitals, convenience stores, restaurants, banks and supermarkets? Is it just a single drive away or just a few minutes walk? How about the nearest beach or park or golf course if you want to soften up some more?
Employment
If you are gonna be employed on that place, could you be able to stay for a few more years and will help you on paying your monthly installment with your new home, your home bills and other needs? So, you would also deal of how advantageous the place would be in terms of increasing your finances.
