One is to regulate the industry through regulations. This way the law is able to monitor and maintain the well being of business and its systematic organization.
The second purpose is to promote stability and predictability, which are the two important factors in the field of business. In this case, the law encourages investment of money for businesses and also helps plan ahead in the future. All of these are reflected by the legal requirements imposed by law for businesses. Legal documents, on the other hand, are defined as any formally executed written documents that can be formally attributed to its author, records and formally expresses a legally enforceable act, process or contractual duty, obligation of right, and therefore evidences of that act, process or agreement.

It is a written document that legally binds the property owner and the tenant. There are different types of power of attorney. It may be special, limited or general, depending on the scope of the authority being given. In financial institutions, the power of attorney must be formally granted to the broker to perform extensive investment functions in the principal’s account.
